Our story
What we're trying to do
Our vision is to be a catalyst for transformation in education — to empower every student to unlock their full potential, and turn preparation into a real, tangible result. That means fostering an environment of innovation, excellence and integrity, and building a learning ecosystem where academic rigour meets practical application.
In practice, that's meant staying narrowly focused on the exams Punjab actually recruits for — Master Cadre, ETT, PSTET, PSSSB, Punjab Police, PPSC — rather than trying to be a generic all-India coaching brand, and putting named, verifiable results on our own results page instead of anonymous claims.
How we teach
Six things we hold ourselves to
What actually shapes how a batch runs here, not brochure language.
Built around Punjab's own exams
Master Cadre, ETT, PSTET, PSSSB, Punjab Police, PPSC — not a generic all-India course reused for a state paper.
Subject-wise cadre faculty
A separate teacher per subject — English, Punjabi, SST, Maths/Science — instead of one generalist covering everything.
Weekly MCQs and mock tests
Regular practice tests through the course, not just a mock right before the exam date.
Daily current affairs
Current-affairs coverage built into the course, tracked weekly rather than crammed the week of the exam.
Online classes available
Live and recorded online batches for students who can't get to Fazilka or Bathinda in person.
A results wall you can check
Named toppers with their year, rank and score — not an anonymous claim.
Faculty
Subject-wise teachers, not generalists
A separate faculty member per subject — Punjabi, general studies, and cadre-specific specialists — rather than one teacher covering everything.
Meet the teachers
Full faculty profiles are being put together. In the meantime, the fastest way to judge the teaching is to sit through a demo class, or watch a lecture on our YouTube channel.
